Cumulus Lupulus is a soft, inviting Hazy IPA that showcases the distinctive character of Cashmere hops. It pours with a striking opacity, reminiscent of its namesake clouds, delivering a saturated profile of lemon zest, sweet melon, and ripe peach. The aromatic intensity is high, blending tropical fruit notes with a subtle, silky coconut undertone unique to the hop variety. On the palate, a gentle bready malt base supports a wave of citrus and stone fruit flavors, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish. This approachable, medium-bodied ale balances juicy intensity with a refreshing, clean fermentation profile, making it a quintessential modern Hazy IPA.
