Ambar Caesaraugusta is a refreshing Witbier defined by its "alma mater" of wheat and a meticulous double fermentation process. It presents a naturally hazy, pale straw appearance reminiscent of sun-drenched grain fields. The aroma is highly expressive, featuring characteristic yeast-driven notes of banana alongside a sophisticated bouquet of clove and cinnamon. On the palate, softly toasted cereal notes provide a bready foundation for zesty citrus and a subtle, refreshing acidity. Bottle refermentation ensures a lively, effervescent mouthfeel with a creamy texture. This elegant Belgian-style ale concludes with a peppery, spicy finish that lingers pleasantly without overpowering the delicate fruit tones.

Appearance. Pale straw to deep yellow with a pronounced natural turbidity from yeast and wheat starch. Displays a dense, creamy white head with excellent retention and constant carbonation renewal.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent fruity esters of banana are balanced by phenolic spice notes of clove and cinnamon. A base of bready, slightly toasted wheat malt provides a sweet cereal character, complemented by a light citrus zest.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet, toasted cereal malt. Mid-palate reveals ripe fruit and citrus notes supported by a complex spice profile of pepper and clove. Bitterness is low and sits in the background, allowing a refreshing, slightly acidic edge to shine. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering spicy tingle.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, creamy texture. High carbonation from bottle refermentation provides a refreshing effervescence and a subtle, almost peppery prickle on the tongue. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
