This Specialty IPA presents as a robust Red IPA, balancing crisp refreshment with a bold hop presence. It delivers a clean, mildly malty backbone that yields to classic US hop varieties. The aromatic profile is defined by bright orange zest and resinous pine, complemented by an intriguing undercurrent of dried fig derived from the specialty malt selection. Appearance. Deep amber to reddish-copper (11–18 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, off-white to light tan head that leaves consistent lacing.
