Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); brilliant clarity; medium-sized, white head with excellent persistence and fine-beaded lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical guava, sweet melon, and a distinct berry-like raspberry coulis. This fruit profile is balanced by fresh pine needles and a faint resinous back-note. Malt character is low and clean, providing a light grainy-sweet foundation without esters.
Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of hop-derived fruit, specifically melon and guava, followed quickly by piney resin. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt flavors support a high, assertive bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. It features a very dry, snappy finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of pine and berries.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the heavy hop load. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp, snappy bite. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.3% ABV, with zero astringency.
