Almogàver Volksbier is an elegant German Pils that champions the virtues of patience with an extended three-month lagering period. This straw-colored lager presents a brilliant clarity topped by a dense, creamy, and persistent white head. The aroma is highly fragrant, led by classic floral and spicy hop notes, complemented by a subtle, style-appropriate hint of sulfur and a light touch of honey from the Pilsner malt. On the palate, a foundation of crisp bready malt and toasted cracker transitions into a firm, decisive bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium-light and exceptionally crisp, concluding in a clean, dry finish that emphasizes its refreshing, sessionable character.
Appearance. Straw (3 SRM), brilliant clarity, with a creamy, long-lasting, brilliant white head.
