This vibrant Fruit Beer presents as a refreshing White IPA base, elevated by a Double Dry Hopping of Pekko, Huell Melon, and Mosaic hops. The sensory profile is defined by a bright layering of fresh tangerine zest and plush, succulent apricot. Pekko contributes subtle herbal and pineapple notes, while Huell Melon and Mosaic amplify the juicy fruit character with hints of honeydew and tropical berries. The use of wheat in the grist provides a soft, pillowy texture that carries the fruit-forward intensity through to a crisp, slightly tart finish. It is a harmonious, sun-drenched fusion of citrus and stone fruit.

Appearance. Straw blonde color with a notable haze consistent with its wheat-based grist. Features a dense, frothy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity fruit and hop bouquet. Prominent notes of fresh tangerine peel and ripe, jammy apricot dominate. Secondary hop aromas of honeydew melon, strawberry, and a touch of herbal mint. Low bready, wheaty malt backbone.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus and stone fruit. Tangy tangerine and sweet apricot flavors are well-integrated with tropical berry and pineapple notes.
