This vibrant American IPA delivers a punchy hop experience despite its sessionable strength. Bright citrus and tropical layers from Citra hops dominate the foreground, offering notes of lime zest and lychee, while Simcoe hops provide a grounding backbeat of resinous pine and subtle earthiness. The use of modern yeast ensures a clean, contemporary fermentation profile that allows the hops to remain the absolute focal point.
