This massive Imperial Stout, a collaboration involving J. Wakefield Brewing and Beerbliotek, delivers a profound sensory experience defined by its extensive Bourbon Barrel aging. At a potent 14% ABV, it presents an intense aromatic profile of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and rich vanilla. The palate is dominated by deep roasted malts and dark fruit esters, reminiscent of black currants and prunes, harmonizing with the charred oak and caramel notes from the spirit barrels.
