This German Pils captures the essence of a refreshing lager with its extremely crispy and sublime character. The sensory experience begins with a bouquet of floral and subtle citrus hop notes, characteristic of traditional German hops with a modern bright touch. A foundation of Continental Pilsner malt provides a delicate grainy-sweetness and a hint of toasted cracker that gracefully balances the forward hop profile. On the palate, a soft but firm bitterness emerges, guiding the sip from a lightly sweet opening to a clean, impeccably dry finish. It is a quintessential, highly drinkable lager that emphasizes precision and refreshment.
Appearance. Straw to brilliant yellow (2-4 SRM). Features a creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing and crystal-clear clarity.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Forward hop aroma of wildflowers and light lemon zest. Underlying malt notes are grainy-sweet, reminiscent of fresh dough and toasted crackers from the Continental Pilsner malt.
