Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale gold hue (4 SRM). Features a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt aromas reminiscent of fresh dough and lightly toasted crackers. Low spicy and herbal hop character from Hallertau Mittelfruh is present, supported by a clean fermentation profile devoid of esters or diacetyl.
Taste. The initial impression is moderately malty with a soft, grainy sweetness. Subtle notes of honey and bread crust from the Munich malt blend with the floral and spicy qualities of Super Saaz hops.
