The aroma is a sophisticated tapestry of grainy-sweetness and floral Star Jasmine, underscored by the refined herbal and citrus spice of Saphir hops. On the palate, a complex interplay of white nougat and browned butter provides a comforting depth, balanced by a subtle, savory hint of white miso and blonde coffee wisps. Extensive six-week cold cellaring ensures a remarkably smooth, clean finish. Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity from extended lagering. Topped with a large, creamy, and persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a rich, grainy-sweet malt core with lightly toasted, bready notes. Prominent floral character reminiscent of jasmine and herbal spice from Saphir hops. Clean fermentation profile with no esters and a very light, well-integrated alcohol presence.
