This Hazy IPA presents an intense, opaque glow, built on a soft, pillowy foundation of flaked oats and wheat. A complex layering of Citra Cryo and Idaho 7 on the hot side, followed by a generous dry-hopping of El Dorado, Mosaic Cryo, and HBC 586, creates a lush tropical profile. The sensory experience is dominated by ripe guava, papaya, and zesty lime juice, while the house hazy yeast strain adds a distinctive spicy bubblegum and vanilla undertone. Bright notes of mandarin orange and a subtle black tea earthiness provide depth, finishing with a smooth, low-bitterness character that emphasizes juice-like drinkability.
Appearance. Straw to light orange-gold (3-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring guava, papaya, and mandarin citrus. Complex layers of lime juice and a unique vanilla-spice. Subtle spicy bubblegum esters and a clean, grainy, bready malt background.
Taste. High tropical fruit hop flavor including guava and papaya. Mid-palate notes of mandarin and lime juice with a hint of black tea. Low to medium-high bitterness that remains smooth, never harsh. Supportive grainy malt character from oats and wheat. Finishes off-dry and soft.
