This sophisticated American Pale Ale is a sensory journey crafted in collaboration with the culinary visionaries of El Celler de Can Roca. It presents a refined botanical profile where the rustic farmhouse character of Sant Joan de Mediona meets elegant infusions of lychee, honey, and roses. The lychee enhances the natural tropical fruit esters and hop character, while the roses provide a delicate, perfumed top note. A subtle hint of honey lends a floral sweetness to the nose that transitions into a clean, moderately bitter finish. The result is an exceptionally balanced, aromatic ale that maintains the drinkability of a classic pale ale with artisanal complexity.

Appearance. Luminous pale golden to light amber with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a moderately large, white, creamy head with good retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a unique bouquet of fresh rose petals and floral honey. These botanical notes are supported by tropical lychee and a citrusy hop character, all resting on a low, neutral, grainy malt base.

Taste. The initial impression is floral and fruity, with lychee and rose flavors integrating seamlessly into citrusy hop notes.
