This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of New World hop intensity, led by a potent dry-hop blend of Citra, Topaz, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. It pours a deep gold with a persistent white head, releasing high-intensity aromas of tropical passionfruit, resinous pine, and bright citrus. The palate follows suit, balancing a clean, neutral malt base with assertive bitterness that never becomes harsh. Distinctive notes of blueberry and lychee emerge from the Mosaic and Vic Secret, finishing dry and crisp. At 8% ABV, it provides a smooth, well-integrated warmth, emphasizing high drinkability and a lingering, resinous hop finish.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM); moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing; good clarity with a very slight, acceptable hop haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring prominent citrus, tropical fruit (mango, lychee), and resinous pine. Distinct berry-like notes from Mosaic and spice from Topaz are present. Malt is low and neutral-grainy in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a subtle, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of pineapple, citrus zest, and herbal pine dominate the palate. Bitterness is high but lacks harshness, supporting a medium-dry finish. Malt flavor is low and clean, providing a soft, crackery support without caramel sweetness. Finishes with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and a hint of fruitiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture; medium-high carbonation. Restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but not solventy. Devoid of hop-derived astringency.
