Waterways is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile through a meticulous selection of modern varieties. A massive dry-hop addition of Citra brings forth bright layers of lime and tropical mango, while the Australian varieties Enigma and Topaz introduce complex nuances of red currant, Pinot Noir grape, and a touch of resinous spice. This beer pours with a beautiful golden clarity and a persistent white head. On the palate, the intense hop flavors are supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone, leading into a firm bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish. It is a modern, aromatic expression of the style, balancing citrus brightness with unique berry-like depths.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-8 SRM); brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, white, persistent head and moderate lacing.
