Tropics All the Way Down is a quintessential Hazy IPA, delivering a saturated sensory experience defined by its namesake tropical character. The intentional blend of Sabro, Azacca, and Citra hops creates a layered bouquet of ripe mango, crushed pineapple, and bright tangerine. Sabro contributes a distinct, creamy coconut undertone that complements the zesty lime and grapefruit notes of Citra. Its appearance is a vibrant, opaque straw with a pillowy white head. On the palate, the mouthfeel is remarkably soft and plush, providing a smooth canvas for the intense stone fruit and citrus flavors to shine, finishing with a gentle, restrained bitterness.
Appearance. Opaque, vibrant straw-gold (4 SRM) with a luminous haze. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and a unique creamy coconut accent. Secondary hints of tangerine and lime zest are supported by a light, bready, neutral malt backbone. Fermentation character is clean with subtle fruity esters.
