The nose is a complex bouquet of ripe mango, fresh pineapple, and crushed blueberries, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that stays in the background. On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness balances luscious tropical fruit flavors and a hint of resinous pine. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a dry, lingering finish and a touch of warming alcohol. It captures the modern essence of the style: intense, aromatic, and refreshingly clean.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange with a slight haze. Topped by a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
