This Double IPA from Alefarm Brewing presents a lush sensory journey defined by its intricate hop quartet. Galaxy drives an immediate wave of passionfruit and ripe peach, while Sabro introduces a signature creamy coconut and tropical depth. The use of Azacca Lupomax amplifies the intensity of mango and pineapple notes, perfectly complemented by the soft lemon-lime and melon nuances of Cashmere. At 8% ABV, the beer maintains a clean, supportive malt profile that allows these modern hops to shine. A firm but smooth bitterness balances the fruit-forward character, leading to a crisp, dry finish typical of the Double IPA style.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (6-10 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine-textured lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passionfruit, mango, and tropical coconut notes. A supportive, neutral, grainy malt character sits in the background with a clean fermentation profile and a very subtle hint of warming alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit including pineapple and stone fruit. Strong hop flavor mirrors the aroma with layers of lime and melon. Bitterness is moderately high but remains smooth and free of harshness. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present, reflecting the 8% ABV, without any hop-derived astringency.
