Polychrome is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a multifaceted hop profile. The inclusion of Citra and El Dorado drives a high-intensity bouquet of mango, pineapple, and zesty citrus. Sabro adds a unique dimension with notes of coconut and subtle cedar, providing a creamy aromatic depth. This beer balances its aggressive tropical fruit character against a clean, lean malt backbone. Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, white, persistent head that leaves dense lacy rings on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango from El Dorado and Citra, complemented by an unusual but pleasant coconut and lime zest nuance from Sabro. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a neutral base. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and bright citrus. The flavor profile mirrors the aroma, with distinct pineapple, tangerine, and a creamy coconut mid-palate. Bitterness is firm and assertive but not harsh. The malt is supportive and slightly bready. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering hop resin and citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop oils. Medium-high carbonation provides a lively effervescence. Very low alcohol warmth, well-integrated for 6% ABV. No astringency.
