This Double IPA presents a vibrant, sensory-forward profile driven by a unique interplay of modern hops and classic adjuncts. Hallertau Blanc hops deliver elegant notes of white wine grape and elderflower, while El Dorado hops offer luscious tropical mango and stone fruit aromas. The addition of orange peel sharpens the citrus focus, bringing a bright, zesty edge, while organic honey provides a delicate, wildflower sweetness that thins the body rather than weighing it down. The result is a highly aromatic, balanced, and deceptively dry strong ale with a clean, lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Pales gold to light orange-amber (approx 7 SRM) with a slight, soft, modern haze. Crowned by a dense, persistent white head with excellent retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. Intense and multi-layered. Prominent tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple from El Dorado blend with the sophisticated white wine, gooseberry, and elderflower characters of Hallertau Blanc. Bright, fresh citrus peel aroma is highly evident alongside a subtle, floral wildflower honey note. Clean fermentation profile with a soft, well-integrated, and non-solventy alcohol presence.

Taste. An assertive opening of ripe tropical fruits and zesty citrus. Flavor mirrors the aroma with sweet mango, stone fruit, and a distinct white grape finish. The organic honey leaves a delicate floral impression while drying out the finish, avoiding any cloying sweetness. High bitterness is clean and smooth, devoid of harshness. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy, and citric aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high. Delivers a gentle, warming alcohol presence that is clean and extremely well-integrated. No hop-derived astringency.
