This American IPA showcases the singular, expressive character of the Cashmere hop, delivering a modern and highly aromatic sensory experience. Bright notes of ripe melon, soft peach, and zesty lemon-lime rise above a clean, unobtrusive malt foundation. The yeast profile remains highly neutral, allowing the tropical and subtle coconut undertones of the hops to command attention. It pours a radiant gold with brilliant clarity and a fluffy white head. Balanced yet firmly bitter, this pale ale is incredibly refreshing, offering a crisp, dry finish with lingering citrus rind and stone fruit flavors that invite the next sip.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approximately 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It pours with a generous, frothy white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves thick lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma showcasing prominent notes of sweet melon, peach, and lemon zest, alongside a subtle tropical coconut undertone characteristic of the Cashmere hop. Low, clean, sweet-grainy pale malt aroma forms a supportive backdrop, with a very clean fermentation profile free of esters.

Taste. The palate is intensely hop-forward, delivering bright flavors of fresh cantaloupe, yellow peach, and lime citrus. It is supported by a low, grainy pale malt flavor with minimal residual sweetness. Hop bitterness is firm and clean, balanced nicely by a dry finish that leaves a lingering, pleasant citrus rind and light herbal aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, lending a crisp effervescence. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
