This American IPA showcases the vibrant Azacca hop variety, delivering a punchy sensory experience defined by layers of tropical fruit. Appearance. Medium gold to light amber color (7-10 SRM). Features a persistent, medium-sized white head with good lacing and a clear to slightly hazy presentation.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, pineapple, and tangerine. Supported by a low, clean, bready malt presence and a neutral fermentation profile with minimal esters.
Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of tropical and stone fruits, specifically crushed pineapple and peach. Low, grainy malt sweetness provides a supportive backbone against a medium-high hop bitterness. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.
