This American IPA presents a modern, hop-forward profile defined by an intensive double dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and Vic Secret. The sensory experience is dominated by layers of tropical pineapple and passion fruit, with Sabro introducing distinctive coconut and lime zest accents. Mosaic contributes deep berry and stone fruit complexity, while Citra ensures a bright, citrus-driven core. A lean, grainy malt base allows these vibrant hop characters to remain at the forefront, leading to a crisp, dry finish with a firm but clean bitterness. It is a highly aromatic and refreshing expression of the style.

Appearance. Color is 6 to 8 SRM, appearing gold to deep gold. It features a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing and a clear to slightly hazy presentation.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and mango, complemented by a subtle creamy coconut and cedar character. Malt is low and grainy-sweet, with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-centric, delivering flavors of lemon zest, pineapple, and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness is well-integrated against a low, clean, toasted grain malt flavor. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, concluding in a dry, lingering hoppy finish without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. It exhibits a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
