This American IPA showcases a sophisticated sensory profile shaped by its intensive double dry-hopping. A layered aromatic experience opens with punchy notes of ripe pineapple and stone fruit from BRU-1, seamlessly merging with Mosaic's signature blueberry and bright citrus zest. Sabro introduces a unique dimension of creamy coconut and a touch of cedar, while Belma contributes subtle nuances of sweet strawberry and melon. The palate is defined by a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hop-forward bitterness to shine. It concludes with a medium-dry, resinous finish, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit and pine.
Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a slight haze from the double dry-hopping. Features a persistent, white, frothy head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, and coconut. Supported by a clean, low-intensity grainy malt character and very low fermentation esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and berry hop flavors, specifically pineapple and melon. Medium-high hop bitterness provides a firm structure against a neutral malt base. Finishes dry and clean with a long, hoppy aftertaste.
