This American IPA presents a vibrant, contemporary hop profile led by the multi-layered contributions of Belma, Strata, and Amarillo. An inviting aroma of fresh strawberry and ripened melon from the Belma hops merges seamlessly with the tropical passionfruit and subtle resinous qualities of Strata. Amarillo rounds out the sensory experience with a bright, floral orange citrus note. The palate is defined by a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows these complex fruit characters to take center stage. A firm, assertive bitterness leads to a crisp, dry finish, making this a refreshing yet sophisticated expression of the style that balances berry-like sweetness with classic citrus zest.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (approximately 7 SRM) with a brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, white, creamy head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of strawberry, melon, and tropical passionfruit. Secondary notes of orange zest and a light, resinous pine are present. The malt is low and clean, offering a faint cracker-like graininess that supports the hops without competition.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of grapefruit, sweet melon, and berry. The hop bitterness is firm and high, though remains clean and free of harshness. A low, neutral malt character provides a slight bready support. The fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the hop oils. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp sensation on the tongue. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength.
