No Compromise is a formidable Double IPA that showcases an intensive dry-hop regimen of 18g/L. The sensory profile is dominated by the complex interplay of Centennial CGX, Citra BBC, Azacca Lupomax, and Vic Secret hops. It opens with an explosive bouquet of overripe mango, pineapple, and zesty tangerine, grounded by a classic resinous pine and floral lemon backbone. On the palate, the hop intensity is profound but smooth, delivering saturated tropical fruit flavors against a lean, neutral malt base. This 8% powerhouse finishes dry and crisp with a firm, lingering bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly embodying the bold spirit of modern craft brewing.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7-9 SRM). Large, persistent white head with fine lacing. Mostly clear with a very slight, hop-derived haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Vivid notes of fresh pineapple, passionfruit, and mango from the Vic Secret and Azacca Lupomax. Layered with Citra BBC's bright grapefruit and Centennial CGX's floral pine. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean backdrop. No solventy alcohol.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and citrus zest followed by a firm, resinous pine character. Hop bitterness is high but well-sculpted and lacking harshness. The malt is soft and unobtrusive, supporting the 8% ABV without adding residual sweetness. Finishes dry with a long, lingering hop-oil presence and clean bitterness.
