On the palate, the hop intensity remains high, offering layers of strawberry and citrus over a clean, neutral malt base. Appearance. Gold to light orange in color with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit, pineapple, and pear from El Dorado, alongside the dank, berry-like, and passionfruit notes of Strata. Sabro adds a distinctive creamy coconut and light cedar character. Malt is low and neutral.
Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors dominated by citrus, melon, and tropical stone fruit. Bitterness is firm and moderately high but smooth, avoiding harshness. Malt is supportive and clean with a soft, grainy character. Finishes dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and a clean alcohol presence.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present, without any hop-derived astringency.
