Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that exhibits good retention and leaves fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, mango, and a specific watermelon candy character. Subtle underlying hints of pine and dank herbs. Low, clean, bready maltiness supports the hop-forward presentation. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of citrus zest, blueberry, and stone fruit. Low grainy malt sweetness quickly gives way to a medium-high bitterness.
