This Golden Amber presents a sophisticated, festive take on a Vienna Lager base, elevated to a robust 6.8% ABV. The sensory profile is built on bready-rich and toasty malts, providing an elegant foundation for an assertive hop profile. Bright citrus and floral notes from Amarillo and Cascade meld with the resinous depth of Chinook BBC. The addition of orange peel and warm Christmas spices provides a seasonal complexity that sharpens the sensory picture. It finishes relatively dry with a lingering balance of toasted malt and spicy hop bitterness, offering a smooth, well-integrated experience.
Appearance. Light reddish amber to copper color (9–15 SRM). Displays brilliant clarity and is crowned by a large, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with toasty and malty-rich accents. A prominent American hop character features citrus and floral notes from Amarillo and Cascade, supported by the resinous qualities of Chinook BBC.
