Frequencies is a bright and nimble Session IPA that captures a vivid spectrum of New World hop character within a sessionable frame. Collaborating with Overtone Brewing, Alefarm delivers an aromatic profile defined by lush tropical fruit and sharp citrus. Expect prominent notes of green mango and zesty grapefruit that lead the palate, supported by a lean, grainy malt backbone. The experience culminates in a distinctively piney and pithy finish, providing a clean, refreshing bitterness that invites another sip. While light in body, it retains the assertive hop-forward balance of a classic American IPA, offering a crisp, punchy sensory journey that balances fruit-forward sweetness with resinous depth.

Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a slight, brilliant haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit and citrus character. Distinct notes of green mango and fresh grapefruit zest are complemented by a resinous, piney undertone. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral base, while fermentation remains exceptionally clean with only a hint of hop-derived esters.

Taste. Immediate punch of hop flavor dominated by green mango and citrusy grapefruit. The mid-palate reveals a light, crackery malt support that quickly gives way to a medium-high, pithy bitterness. The finish is notably dry and crisp, leaving a lingering aftertaste of pine resin and citrus peel. Balanced heavily toward the hops without being harsh.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the beer. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present, ensuring a clean and effortless mouthfeel.
