Floating Among Clouds presents a vibrant sensory experience defined by a lush, multilayered hop profile. The specific use of Strata, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops creates an intense bouquet of ripe passion fruit, sweet melon, and juicy pineapple. A subtle herbal pine and dank character from the Strata provides depth against a clean, neutral malt backbone. On the palate, the hop intensity is matched by a firm but smooth bitterness, leading to a crisp, dry finish. This Double IPA balances its 8% strength with remarkable drinkability, offering a lingering resonance of tropical stone fruit and a soft, supporting warmth.
