Alefarm Brewing Fireflies is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop trio. Strata brings layers of passion fruit and herbal notes, while Citra and Mosaic contribute an explosion of bright grapefruit, mango, and blueberry. It pours a deep gold with a persistent white head. On the palate, the hop intensity is high, balanced by a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the resinous and tropical flavors to shine. Despite its 8.2% alcohol, the finish is remarkably dry and crisp, with a firm bitterness that lingers without being harsh. It is a modern, aromatic powerhouse with a smooth, medium body and excellent drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper; slight haze is present, characteristic of modern hopping techniques. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with good lacing.
