This American Pale Ale presents a modern sensory profile defined by a vibrant trio of hops. Mosaic leads with bold notes of tropical mango and mixed berries, while Huell Melon contributes distinct aromas of honeydew and ripe strawberry. Cashmere adds a layer of smooth lemon-lime and subtle stone fruit. A clean, grainy malt base provides just enough support to balance the moderate bitterness without distracting from the hop-forward character. The experience is bright and aromatic, finishing with a crisp, refreshing dryness and a lingering essence of sun-ripened fruit and soft pine.
Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Renders a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
