This Double IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of modern hop character, led by the concentrated citrus and lime zest of Citra Lupomax. The inclusion of Rakau introduces lush layers of ripe stone fruit and apricot, while El Dorado contributes a candy-like pineapple sweetness. On the palate, the intensity is high yet remarkably smooth, balancing a firm bitterness against a lean, neutral malt backdrop. A subtle warmth from the 8.2% ABV integrates seamlessly into the medium-bodied mouthfeel, finishing dry with a lingering resonance of tropical fruit and resin.
