This Double IPA is a vibrant sensory catalyst, designed to spark the imagination with its high-intensity hop profile. At 8% ABV, it presents a concentrated burst of tropical fruit, zesty citrus, and deep resinous pine, embodying the “Creativity Juice” moniker through its energetic and bright character. The clean fermentation allows the complex essential oils from New World hops to flourish over a subtle, neutral malt base. This balance emphasizes a sharp, refreshing clarity of flavor, culminating in a dry and assertive finish that remains remarkably drinkable despite its strength, successfully translating the spirit of innovation into a bold liquid form.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper in color with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical mango, pineapple, and bright grapefruit zest. Subtle notes of pine resin and floral spice emerge over a very low, clean, grainy malt background with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Leading with an explosion of citrus and stone fruit flavors. The bitterness is firm and moderately high but smooth, avoiding harshness. A lean, supportive malt character provides a soft platform before transitioning into a dry, lingering finish dominated by resinous hop oils and a touch of orange pith.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A restrained, clean alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
