Constellations is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a celestial alignment of Galaxy, Eclipse, and Comet hops. The sensory experience begins with an explosion of tropical passion fruit and zesty mandarin orange, driven by the Galaxy and Eclipse varieties. As the beer opens up, Comet provides a sharp, grapefruit-forward citrus intensity and a subtle herbal resinous quality. This hop-driven profile is supported by a clean, light grainy malt base that ensures a crisp, dryish finish. Bold bitterness is well-integrated, leading to a lingering citrus zest aftertaste that invites another sip. It is a modern, bright representation of the style with high sensory impact.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with a slight haze. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
