Come Spring is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a sophisticated and modern hop blend. Pungent resin and earthy depth from Columbus BBC provide a foundational grit for the explosive fruit character of Mosaic and Enigma. These hops contribute layers of ripe blueberry, tropical mango, and nuanced red currants. The addition of Hallertau Blanc introduces an elegant top note reminiscent of white grape and elderflower. Built upon a lean malt base that allows the complex hop profile to dominate, the beer finishes crisp and dry. This 7.1% ale balances assertive bitterness with a modern aromatic brightness that defines the style's contemporary evolution.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (approx. 8 SRM). Displays a slight hop haze common in modern interpretations, topped by a persistent, fine-beaded white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring a complex blend of tropical mango, crushed blueberries, and a distinct vinous, white wine-like quality. Subtle background notes of resinous pine and damp earth accompany a very low, clean, crackery malt scent with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. The palate is led by a firm, clean bitterness that carries flavors of passion fruit, red berry, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A supportive, neutral grainy malt presence provides balance without adding residual sweetness.
