This American Pale Ale delivers a modern sensory profile centered on a complex hop blend of Ekuanot, Loral, and HBC 586. The aroma is dominated by tropical notes of mango and papaya, complemented by a delicate floral elegance and a touch of lemon zest. A lean, crackery malt backbone provides structural support without introducing heavy sweetness, allowing the multifaceted hop character to lead. On the palate, a clean bitterness balances flavors of lychee and stone fruit with a subtle peppery finish. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a moderately large, creamy white head with excellent retention and fine lacing on the glass.
