Blanc Out is a vibrant non-alcoholic Weissbier that captures the essence of a classic wheat beer. It presents a soft, hazy profile, leaning into the brewery's expertise with texture. The sensory experience is led by the bright, zesty aroma of added Orange Peel, supported by a distinctively spicy finish from Clove adjuncts. Noble hop character from Saaz provides a subtle herbal depth, while Crystal hops offer a touch of clean floral citrus. On the palate, bready wheat notes provide a gentle foundation for the spice and citrus, finishing crisp and refreshing with high effervescence.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3 SRM). Distinctive haziness with a soft, luminous quality. Features a thick, moussy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring dominant notes of fresh orange zest and spicy clove. Clean, bready, and doughy wheat malt character provides a soft base. Subtle herbal and spicy hop notes from Saaz are present, alongside light floral hints from Crystal hops. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is bright and citrusy from orange peel. Soft, bready wheat malt flavors follow, balanced by a moderately low bitterness.
