A Journey Ahead presents as a quintessential Hazy IPA, prioritizing a lush, fruit-forward profile over assertive bitterness. The hop trio of Idaho 7, Ella, and Ekuanot creates a complex aromatic layering of ripe papaya, zesty lime, and stone fruit, underscored by a subtle piney resonance. A pale, bready malt backbone provides the necessary structure without competing for attention. On the palate, the experience is soft and rounded, delivering waves of tropical juice and delicate floral notes.
