AleBrowar Lovely Viola is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that reimagines the Lassi concept through an exotic tropical lens. Infused with Graviola, also known as soursop, it offers an expressive bouquet of pineapple, lime, and strawberry-cream notes. The addition of lactose creates a lush, pastry-like backdrop that softens the bright lactic acidity. This 4.8% ABV sour ale balances its tangy, fruit-forward profile with a velvety sweetness, evocative of a chilled tropical fruit smoothie. The interplay between the tart fermentation and the creamy Graviola character makes for a complex, refreshing experience where the distinctive tropical fruit remains the unmistakable centerpiece from the first aromatic hit to the lingering finish.

Appearance. SRM 3-4. Pale straw to light gold with a heavy, milky opacity. It features a fine-beaded white head with poor retention, typical of beers with high acidity and significant unfermented adjuncts.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of pungent soursop, delivering notes of ripe pineapple, citrus, and a hint of strawberry. A creamy, milky sweetness from lactose is prominent, backed by a clean, sharp lactic tartness. No hop aroma or fermentation funk is present.

Taste. The palate leads with a burst of tangy Graviola, showcasing its unique custard-apple and tropical fruit profile. A moderate-high lactic acidity is immediately balanced by a significant residual sweetness from lactose. The balance is decidedly toward the fruit and sweetness, with zero hop bitterness or flavor. The finish is sweet-tart and creamy, with a long, fruit-laden aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silkiness and mouth-coating creaminess due to the Lassi influence. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to cut through the density. Alcohol warmth is very low, making it highly drinkable despite the heavy body.
