Coco Monkey is a lush Hazy IPA that leans into a tropical, dessert-like profile. The sensory experience is defined by the heavy use of Sabro and Książęcy hops, which provide distinctive notes of creamed coconut, cedar, and ripe stone fruit. The addition of real coconut and lactose creates a velvety, pina colada-inspired palate. A bready malt base provides structure, while the opaque, straw-colored body and persistent white head enhance the visual appeal. The finish is remarkably soft and low in bitterness, allowing the sweet, fruity esters and smooth coconut richness to linger long after the final sip.

Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (5 SRM); opaque, milky haze with a luminous glow. Dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of shredded coconut, vanilla, and cream. Pronounced tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango. Subtle woody cedar and mint notes from the hops are present. Malt is neutral and lightly bready in the background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring mango and citrus alongside a dominant coconut sweetness. The lactose provides a creamy mid-palate that softens the low, restrained bitterness. Malt character is low and grainy-sweet. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering coconut and tropical fruit aftertaste devoid of any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably smooth, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw grain harshness.
