This double dry-hopped Hazy IPA bursts with a vibrant tropical canopy, showcasing a brilliant interplay of modern hops. Galaxy delivers intense passion fruit and citrus notes, while Azacca infuses deep layers of ripe mango and orchard fruits. Adding a creamy, complex dimension, Sabro contributes distinctive hints of sweet coconut and soft cedar. Balanced by a subtle, bready malt background, this luscious yellow-gold pour is remarkably smooth. The overall profile is juicy, soft, and immensely fruit-forward, emphasizing late-hop aroma and a gentle, rounded bitterness that defines the contemporary Hazy IPA style.

Appearance. Straw to yellow-gold in color with a dense, luminous, and uniform opaque haze. Crowns with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head that displays excellent retention and leaves heavy lacing.

Aroma. High to very high intensity. Powerfully aromatic with dominant notes of passion fruit, ripe mango, citrus peel, and a distinct sweet coconut undertone. The malt profile is low, clean, and bready, serving as a neutral backdrop. Fermentation esters are clean and supportive of the intense hop character, with no diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of juicy tropical fruits, including mango, pineapple, and citrus, accompanied by a soft, creamy coconut flavor. Malt flavor is low and lightly bready. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, smooth, and well-integrated. The finish is off-dry to medium, leaving a lingering, soft tropical fruit aftertaste devoid of any harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy, and exceptionally soft. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, clean alcohol warmth is present, complementing a silky, creamy texture that remains free of astringency or raw starchiness.
