Ale-Mania Bonkers is an explosive Double IPA that lives up to its "hop bomb" reputation through an intensive Double Dry Hopping process. This golden-hued ale leads with an intense, multi-layered aromatic profile of resinous pine, zesty citrus, and ripe tropical fruit. Despite its 7.8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable, avoiding the heavy sweetness of a barleywine. The sensory experience is defined by a punchy, aggressive bitterness that is cleaned up by a lean, neutral malt backbone.
