The palate follows through with a clean, supportive malt base that allows the diverse hop character to shine, transitioning from lush stone fruit and berry notes into a firm, drying bitterness. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber with a moderately large, creamy white head exhibiting good retention and fine lacing. Clarity is brilliant.
Aroma. High hop aroma characterized by a complex melange of tropical mango, crushed pineapple, and stone fruit from the HBC 586 and HBC 630, balanced by Simcoe’s resinous pine and Loral’s delicate floral spice. Low, neutral grainy-sweet maltiness provides a clean background.
