This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer pours with an indulgent, smoothie-like thickness, immediately releasing an aromatic burst of jammy raspberry and exotic passionfruit. The scent of toasted marshmallow provides a whimsical, sugary counterpoint to the sharp, lactic tang of the base beer. On the palate, luscious layers of sweet red grape and tart berry collide with a creamy, pillowy sweetness that softens the acidity. While the fruit provides a scintillatingly sour core, the marshmallow addition creates a sumptuous, rounded profile, finishing with a lingering, fruit-filled richness that balances tropical zest with a soft, confectionary charm.

Appearance. Opaque, deep magenta to reddish-purple hue; thick, frothy, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and some lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh raspberry pur e, tropical passionfruit, and sweet red grape; a distinct marshmallow-vanilla sweetness overlays a clean, lactic acidity with no notable hop character.
