This Imperial Stout presents as a decadent liquid entremet, where a base of deep roasted malts serves as a canvas for a global array of intense adjuncts. Dominican cacao beans provide a rich, creamy namelaka character that melds seamlessly with the tropical sweetness of Thai coconut. The profile is further elevated by the complex spice of Brazilian tonka, offering nuanced notes of almond and cinnamon, while a double layering of Madagascan and Ugandan red vanilla beans adds a luxurious, floral depth. It is an intensely flavored, viscous experience that masterfully balances dark chocolate roast with exotic sweetness and a smooth, lingering warmth.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+) with high viscosity that creates visible legs on the glass. It supports a thick, persistent deep tan head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity and complex, featuring prominent notes of dark chocolate, toasted coconut, and sweet vanilla. The Brazilian tonka introduces an almond and cherry-like spice, layered over a background of roasted coffee, black licorice, and dark dried fruit esters such as prunes.

Taste. Intensely decadent with a rich malt backbone of bittersweet chocolate and espresso.
