This German Pils offers a modern twist on the classic style, presenting a vibrant sensory profile shaped by delicate dry hopping. The experience begins with an inviting golden hue and a crisp, clean foundation of grainy Pilsner malt. Distinctive notes of sweet tangerine, ripe melon, and fresh strawberry emerge, adding a contemporary fruit-forward layer to the traditional herbal and spicy hop backdrop. Its light-to-medium body and high carbonation ensure a refreshing, snappy character. A firm bitterness balances the subtle honeyed malt, leading to a bone-dry, mineral-etched finish that highlights its refined lager fermentation and crisp drinkability.

Appearance. Brilliant gold (3-4 SRM) with excellent clarity; pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity; forward notes of sweet tangerine, melon, and strawberry from the dry hopping process are layered over traditional herbal and spicy hop character. A low grainy-sweet and doughy malt presence provides a clean backdrop with no fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial grainy Pilsner malt flavor is quickly overtaken by a medium-high hop bitterness and flavors of citrus zest and summer melon. The mid-palate is crisp and hop-forward, transitioning into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering flinty minerality and a touch of toasted cracker.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Very smooth with no alcohol warmth and a light, crisp, minerally sharpness that avoids harshness.
