Rockytník is a vibrant Hazy IPA that marries the unconventional Zappa hop with the sharp, tangy character of sea buckthorn. The pour reveals a glowing, opaque appearance typical of the style. High-intensity aromas of passionfruit, savory spice, and tropical citrus from the Zappa hops lead the way, intertwined with the distinctive tart berry and orange-zest notes of sea buckthorn. On the palate, a soft, bready malt base supports a massive wave of juicy fruit, where the sea buckthorn provides a refreshing acidity that balances the hop-derived tropicality. The finish is smooth and low in bitterness, leaving a lingering impression of exotic fruit and a clean, fruity aftertaste.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; light gold with an orange hue. Opaque haze with a luminous quality. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passionfruit, citrus, and a unique savory spice characteristic of Zappa hops. This is complemented by a distinct tart, wild berry, and orange-like aroma from the sea buckthorn. Low bready malt and neutral fermentation esters in the background.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with tropical and citrus notes. The sea buckthorn adds a bright, tangy fruit character and a hint of acidity. Low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, masking behind a full, juicy fruit profile. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, plush texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth. Exceptionally smooth with no hop harshness or astringency.
