The mid-palate introduces a smooth, tropical coconut flavor that lingers into the finish. Bitterness is nearly absent, allowing the acidity to provide the primary balance. The finish is dry, fruity, and crisp.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, slightly pulpy texture from the fruit additions. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the sourness. Alcohol warmth is negligible, contributing to high drinkability and a clean mouthfeel.
